Users Page

This page lists users who have access to the Orbital organization. Users can be managed in Cisco XDR or Secure Client Cloud Management. Click the Manage link to invite or disable users. Use the Refresh link to view any changes you make to user accounts in Cisco XDR or Secure Client Cloud Management.

To manage users, you first need to authorize your Orbital account with Cisco XDR or Secure Client Cloud Management. Click the Authorize button to link your organizations.

Only active accounts are displayed by default. Use the Show disabled users toggle to view any disabled accounts.

The user table shows:

  • Name - The display name of the user.

  • Email - The email address of the user.

  • ID - A unique identifier for each user.

  • Access Level - Set the access level of Write or None for non-admin users. Users with None can not log into the Orbital console.

  • Administrator - Shows if the user has administrator privileges.

  • Created - The timestamp when the account was created.

  • Disabled - Displays if the user account is disabled or active. User accounts are disabled in either Cisco XDR or Secure Client Cloud Management.

 

Note: A user is only displayed after they log into Orbital the first time.
