Orbital Release Notes

Orbital releases can be:

Service Release - Maintenance, upgrades, and updates to the Orbital service or console.
Node Release - Maintenance, upgrades, and updates to the Orbital node that runs on devices.

Orbital Service Release 1.66, 2026-02-10

Fixed pagination issues on the Devices and Users tables.
Resolved issues related to scrolling within modal dialogs in the Orbital UI.
Filtering the Results table with over 10,000 rows now shows the correct number of results and paginates properly.

Available via Secure Endpoint:

Added the ability for the Orbital node to automatically detect and use proxy settings configured on the device operating system. Refer to the Orbital Requirements topic for more details.
Addressed an issue where the node would return an invalid exit code when a script was executed on a different operating system than it was intended for.
osquery version has been updated to 5.15.0.
